People’s Book

I can’t wait to bring Feathered Forest to People’s Book in Takoma Park–where my brother Rob Richie and my sister-in-law Cynthia Terrell Richie have lived for years with many friends. I spent a school year there back in 2010-11 when my son attended Sidwell Friends School with his cousins. At that time, I was writing my prior book Halcyon Journey: In Search of the Belted Kingfisher and there’s a chapter featuring Sligo Park. I might have to sneak in a bit from that book too in the reading. Mark your calendars if you are in Takoma Park or DC area.
