rediscovered books – Marina Richie

My book comes to Boise’s wonderful Rediscovered Books in partnership with the Golden Eagle Audubon Society. I’ll be reading selections with a particular relevance to the region. Stay tuned to learn from ancient western junipers that share berries with Townsend’s Solitaires and from centuries-old ponderosas that in death become home to White-headed Woodpeckers. There’s memoir, too, including a period in my life when I was a reporter at the Blue Mountain Eagle in John Day, Oregon. Stay tuned. The next day I head to Burns, Oregon, to speak at the opening of the Harney County Migratory Bird Festival.
